Used in food industry as buffering agent, stabilizer, anti-oxidation agent, emulsifier, flavoring agent etc., used in diary, pudding, jam, meat industries, also used preserving orange etc., pharmacy industries etc.

Appearance: White or light yellow crystal particle or power, odorless, salty, refreshing, slightly air slaking, dissolving to water or glycerol, not dissolving to ethanol, relative density at 1.98, melting and degrading at 230? or higher.
