1) Ginkgo biloba leaves P.E.( GBE)

Plant Sources: Dried rhizomes of Ginkgo biloba L.

Biogenic origin: It is mainly produced in the Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangxi, Hubei, Henan, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Hunan, Sichuan and Hebei provinces.

Green tea is one of the largest beverages demanded by consumers worldwide. Used in China and India for its medicinal effects. There are several compounds extracted from green tea including catechins which contain an enormous amount of hydroxyphenols that are easily oxidized, congregated and contracted, which explains its good anti-oxidation effect. Its anti-oxidation effect is 25-100 times as strong as those of vitamin C and E. It is widely used in medicines, agriculture, and chemical and food industries.
This extract prevents cardio-vascular disease, lowers the risk of cancer, and decreases blood sugar and blood pressure, as well as viruses. In the food industry, the anti-oxidation agent used for preserving food and cooking oils.

3) Grape seed extract

Botanical name: Vitis vinifera
Grapes (Vitis vinifera) are considered as the world’s largest fruit crops widely grown throughout the world, which are often classified according to their use as table or wine grapes. Vitis vinifera, considered the ideal grape for wine production, encompasses thousands of types. Proanthocyanidin-rich extracts from grape seeds, which are by-products of the wine and juice industries, are used as nutritional supplements in the United States, Australia, Japan, Korea and other countries, and it is also used in the United States and Japan as a food additive dietary supplement. Grape seed extract (GSE) has been reported to exhibit antioxidant activity. The antioxidant activity of GSE is closely associated with activity against various cancers, cardiovascular diseases and several dermal disorders, high cholesterol. GSE has also been used to improve retinopathy caused by diabetics, atherosclerosis, inflammation and aging.

4) Asian Ginseng Extract

Botanical name: Panax ginseng
Ginseng has been a part of Chinese medicine since the Han Dynasty more than 2000 years ago and perhaps even longer. Ginseng is commonly used by elderly people in the Orient to improve mental and physical vitality. Ginseng has been used in many traditional Chinese medicine recipes as a tonic to build up nonspecific resistance against various ailments such as depression, fatigue, diabetes, damaged immune functions, etc. Apart from these, it also could regulate stomach and intestine function, and improve metabolism deficiency, etc. Ginseng commonly grows on mountain slopes and is usually harvested in the fall. The root is used, preferably from plants older than six years of age.

6) Tea Polyphenols

Tea polyhenols is a kind of natural compound extracted from the green tea, with 30 polyphenois variety. According to its chemical structure, it is classified into catechins, flavone and flavonol, anthocyanidin, phenolic acid and condensed phenolic acid. The content of catechins is the highest, reaching 60-80% of tea polyphenols. Catechins is also divided into many variety.

Physical properties: light-green powder or light yellow, soluble in water or alcohol.

7) Soy isoflavone

Soy isoflavone is extracted from defatted soybean meal and is in the form of glycoside, daidzin and genistin are the two richest components in this kind of soy isoflavone. Clinical work shows that soy isoflavone has excellent performance in inhibiting the growth of a wide range of cancer cells, reducing the menopause symptoms of women with menopause, preventing bone loss from osteoporosis and helping lower cholesterol level and blood pressure.
